Iron, B12 and folate — the red blood cell trio
Iron carries oxygen in red blood cells; vitamin B12 and folate are needed to make those cells in the first place. Delivering iron in liposomes is a gentle approach for people who find conventional iron tablets hard on the stomach.*
Every 473 mL bottle holds 31 servings of 15 mL. The nutrients are wrapped in nano-sized phospholipid spheres — liposomes — that protect them through digestion, so the liquid is easy to take straight from the spoon or mixed into water or juice.
Ingredients
Iron (liposomal), vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) and folic acid (as L-methylfolate). See the Supplement Facts panel for amounts per serving.
Suggested use
Take 15 mL (one tablespoon) once or twice a day, with or without food, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Shake well before use.
Warnings & storage
For adults only. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.

Before you buy
Should I take iron with food?
It can be taken with or without food. Vitamin C helps iron absorption; coffee and tea taken at the same time reduce it.
Is this suitable for children?
No. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep out of their reach.
Do I need a blood test first?
It is a good idea to check your iron levels with your doctor before supplementing.
