Buying vials one at a time is simple, but it is the most expensive way to stock a clinic — and the one most likely to leave you without a reference on a busy IV day. Bundles solve that, as long as you match them to how you actually work.
Start with weekly usage
Count how many vials of each reference you used in the last eight weeks and divide by eight. That number, multiplied by the weeks you want covered, tells you which bundle fits.
- Fewer than 1 vial a week: buy singles or a 6-pack of your most-used reference.
- 1–3 vials a week: a 6-pack covers four to six weeks; a 12-pack covers a quarter.
- More than 3 a week: 12-packs, and the 24-pack for vitamin C.
Check the expiration window
A bundle only saves money if you use it before it expires. Ask for the lot and expiration date before ordering large quantities; we can confirm them for you.
What you actually save
Examples from our catalog, compared with buying single vials at today's prices:
- Myers' Cocktail 12-pack: $1,490 — saves $166.
- Glutathione 12-pack: $1,242 — saves $138.
- Bioniche vitamin C 24-pack: $1,332 — $55.50 per vial, saves $444.
Mind storage and cash flow
A 24-pack of 50 mL vials needs a shelf protected from light and heat. If cash flow is tight, two 6-packs spaced a month apart may serve you better than one 12-pack.
Mixed orders
Bundles are single-product. If your clinic needs a mix — vitamin C, glutathione, magnesium and B-complex, for example — ask us for a quote.
