Launching your own supplement brand no longer requires a warehouse full of stock. With a manufacturing partner that accepts low minimum orders, a clinic, a coach or a retailer can launch a first product in a few months. This is how the process works at Long Living Life.
1. Product planning
We define the purpose of the product with you — who it is for, what it should do, in which market it will be sold — and propose the appropriate format and dosage.
2. Formulation
We select ingredients that match the plan, balancing quality, effectiveness and price. You can also bring your own formula.
3. Raw materials
Plants, extracts, excipients, empty capsules and containers in stock shorten lead times and lower cost.
4. Processing
Depending on the format, ingredients are sprayed, mixed, encapsulated, tableted or prepared as liquids — including liposomal liquids like our own house line.
5. Packing
Plastic or glass bottles, capsules, jars, resealable stand-up pouches: we help you choose what suits the product and the channel.
6. Label design
Our design area can create the logo, label and packaging, following the labeling rules for food and dietary supplements in your target market. In the United States that means a Supplement Facts panel, the right statement of identity and, for any structure/function claim, the FDA disclaimer.
7. Conditioning
Containers are filled, labeled and sealed with warranty seals or heat-shrink sleeves. At this point the product is finished.
8. Packaging, shipping and delivery
Finished product is packed to arrive in perfect condition at your warehouse or fulfillment partner, in the U.S. or abroad.
